Meet Fredrika Rylander

I am a multicultural business and communication leader and certified career and leadership coach, based in Geneva, Switzerland. With over 30 years’ experience in global companies and start-ups, including Canon, Intuit, VISA, SITA, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, I have seen it all, from governance changes to business and technological transformations to culture change programs. More importantly, through much trial and error, and successes and failures, I have learned what it takes to navigate complex business situations, engage teams, and achieve success.

A few years ago, I decided to dedicate myself full-time to helping mid- to senior-level executives identify roadblocks, remove them, improve their communication, and achieve what they set out to do. Since then, I have coached hundreds of clients in global companies such as Accenture, UBS, HSBC, Coca-Cola, P&G, AstraZeneca, and GE, to influence, gain confidence, and be more impactful in meetings, in front of the board, and on stage.

My accreditations include Professional Certified Coach (by the International Coaching Federation), Systemic Team Coaching, assessment debriefings and Certified Facilitator.

I get my energy from helping individuals and teams elevate their reputations and accelerate their career success. I believe that business success depends largely on communication skills. I work with a results-driven mindset, positive attitude, and no-nonsense, practical advice to help my clients be more impactful in their communications and their careers.

Originally from Sweden, I am trilingual (Swedish, English, and French) and, I have lived and worked in multiple countries and across five continents. When I am not supporting my clients, I enjoy hiking and skiing in the Alps. I energize myself by walking in the mountains and, during the winter, skinning up, finding new, untouched snow for a great ski down.
