Who am I?
Fredrika Rylander
Executive Leadership Coach
I am a multicultural business and communication leader and certified professional coach in Geneva, Switzerland. With over 30 years of experience in global companies and start-ups, I have seen everything from governance changes to business and technological transformations to culture change programs. More importantly, through much trial and error, successes and failures, I have learned what it takes to navigate complex business situations, engage teams, and achieve success.
